NBC presents 2013 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final coverage this Sunday at noon ET. Coverage will feature the men's and ladies' free skate competition from Fukuoka, Japan. In addition, the telecast will include the performance of 2010 Vancouver Olympic silver medalists and two-time World ice dance champions Meryl Davis and Charlie White.
Highlighting the field for the ladies' competition are two-time reigning U.S. champion and Grand Prix Final silver medalist Ashley Wagner, two-time World champion Mao Asada of Japan, and 2013 European silver medalist and three-time Russian national champion Adelina Sotnikova, who is one of four Russian women in the ladies' competition. The men's Contest includes three-time World champion Patrick Chan of Canada and 2013 Japanese national champion and 2012 World bronze medalist Yuzuru Hanyu. COMMENTATORS: Steve Schlanger will call the action alongside analysts Johnny Weir, a two-time Olympian and three-time U.S. champion, and Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski. The Grand Prix Final marks the conclusion of the Grand Prix Series. The top six ranked skaters compete in the Final.
