NBC Wins Wednesday Night with AMERICA'S GOT TALENT and WORLD OF DANCE

NBC wins Wednesday night among the Big 4 networks by a +33% margin in 18-49 (1.2 vs. 0.9 for #2 Fox) and by more than +2.8 million persons or +74% in total viewers (6.7 million vs. 3.8 million for #2 CBS).

"America's Got Talent" (1.5/7 in 18-49, 9.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Equals NBC's strongest 18-49 rating in the timeslot, excluding Olympics, since Nov. 29, 2017 (1.7 with "Christmas in Rockefeller Center").

· Delivers NBC's top non-Olympic total-viewer result in the time period since Sept. 20, 2017 (14.952 million with last summer's "Talent" finale).

· Wins the timeslot in total viewers by a margin of +66% or +3.8 million persons over "Big Brother" (9.6 million vs. 5.8 million).

· Jump +67% above NBC's summer-to-date average in the timeslot (1.5 vs. 0.9, L+SD) and +6.0 million persons or +168% in total viewers.

"World of Dance" (1.1/5 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET):

· Wins its two-hour 9-11 p.m. timeslot in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key measures (including 9-10 p.m. ties with FOX in men 18-34 and men 18-49).

· Matches NBC's highest 18-49 rating in the timeslot since May 23 (1.2 with the "SVU" season finale). It's also NBC's best total-viewer result in the time period, excluding "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular," since May 23 (6.1 million).

· Equals the show's top rating in 18-49 since Monday, July 24 (1.2).

· Maintains 100% week to week in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.1 last week from 8-10 p.m.) and increases by +10% in total viewers (5.205 million vs. 4.751 million).

· Will grow significantly via time-shifting and VOD - last week's "World of Dance" increased by +27% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+3 (from a 1.14 to 1.45) and more than +1.0 million viewers overall (4.8 million vs. 5.8 million).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.6/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.4/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.5/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/3; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.3/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.0/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
