As first reported on TVLine.com, actor Matt Bomer may be guest starring on an upcoming episode of Fox's GLEE in the role of the older brother of Darren Criss' Blaine Anderson.

Bomer, who stars in the USA network series 'White Collar', is reportedly close to signing a deal to appear in the Fox musical comedy sometime this April. The role will mark the first time that viewers get a chance to meet another member of Blaine's family. According to the report, Bomer will also sing on the show in a musical duet with his TV sibling!

GLEE creator Ryan Murphy recently cast Bomer in his upcoming film adaptation of Larry Kramer's award-winning play 'The Normal Heart' along with actors Julia Roberts and Jim Parsons. Larry Kramer will adapt his script for the movie.

'The Normal Heart' played a 12-week limited engagement on Broadway from April to July 2011. The production won three 2011 Tony® Awards, including Best Revival of a Play, Best Featured Actress in a Play (Ellen Barkin) and Best Featured Actor in a Play (John Benjamin Hickey). The play was also  honored as last season's Best Revival of a Play by the Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Awards and received Drama Desk Awards for Best Ensemble and Best Direction of a Play, along with a Special Citation from the New York Drama Critics Circle.
