Marvel to Announce 'All-New Era' of Classic Super Heroes on Tonight's THE COLBERT REPORT

Following this week's announcement on ABC's The View that Marvel's iconic character Thor will now be a woman in all feature installments, the company announced today that more exciting and surprising news will be revealed on tonight's The Colbert Report on Comedy Central.
In a press release, Marvel revealed that Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada will appear on The Colbert Report on Wednesday, July 16th, at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT to announce "an all-new comic book title and all-new era for one of Marvel's most classic Super Heroes." Below, check out a clip from The Colbert Report in which host Stephen Colbert shares a letter from Joe Quesada that gives him with the Cap's shield after the Star Spangled Avenger died in the comic book series.
