Marg Helgenberger Bids Farewell to CBS's CSI

As first reported on EWonline, actress Marg Helgenberger has just filmed her very last episode of CSI. Helgenberger was the most recent original cast member to leave the popular CBS show. On Wednesday, cast, crew and creators visited the set to bid adieu to the actress after she completed filming her 263rd episode.  

In a short farewell speech to the crowd, Helgenberger commented, “I’ve been thinking a lot about this moment for a very long time...From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the time of my life.”

The crew presented the actress with some memorabilia from the show including her character's vest and badge.  During the celebration, co-star Robert David Hall commented, “She is such a beautiful person."

Helgenberger's final episode will air on CBS on January 25, 2012.
