Michael Emerson, star of the hit television show "Lost," will leave Hawaii, where has has spent much of the last five years filming the show, to return to his home in New York City. Emerson said he is excited to return to his favorite cuisine and cultural locations around the city.

Emerson pointed out a number of his favorite restaurants and locations around the city, including Pegu Club. Emerson said, "I like places that deal in that sort of new mixology revival, where they make those prewar recipes. If someone can make me a decent Sazerac, they will have won my heart forever."

Emerson also noted a number of museums, where he said he spends much of his time. About the Museum of Arts and Design, Emerson said, "They had the finest show there when I was home for the holidays. It was a show of works based on the idea of cutting paper, and it was unbelievable, the scope and variety of artwork. Some of them were just so beautiful, I thought, ‘Oh yes, this is a museum after my own heart.'"
