Speaking at at the Deutsche Bank Media, Internet & Telecom Conference in Palm Beach this morning, March 11th, CBS Corp. president and CEO Les Moonves revealed that he only expects four new shows to join the CBS lineup this fall.

On the topic of new series pickups, the exec said he only expects, "two new comedies and two new dramas" to be on tap for the new season.

In addition, Moonves hinted that the successful long-running CBS comedy 'The Big Bang Theory' may make the move to Monday nights next season. "I wouldn't be surprised to see The Big Bang Theory, the number one comedy by about a mile and a half, on Monday night to be on the first six weeks", he shared, adding, "We could also take some of our other Thursday shows and put them on Monday".

As for the 10 pm slot on Monday nights, Moonves said he may reserve that for "a returning successful show or a new show" to debut.
