Lena Dunham Tells Glamour 'I Don't Know If I'm Going to Act Anymore'

In an interview featured in the upcoming issue of Glamour Magazine, 'Girls' creator Lena Dunham talks about her future in acting.

"I don't know if I'm going to want to act anymore," the Golden Globe winner reveals. "I'm always relieved on the days I don't have to. I'd rather give parts to other women than be the woman having the parts."

Dunham stars in the critically acclaimed HBO series 'Girls' which follows four 20-something women growing up in New York. The 27-year-old created, writes and directs the series, which aired its Season 3 finale on Sunday. On Saturday, Dunham made her hosting debut on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

Dunham wrote and directed the independent film Tiny Furniture (2010). She has received eight nominations for Emmy Awards as a writer, director, actress and producer and won two Golden Globe Awards for Girls. Dunham is also the first woman to win a Directors Guild Award for Outstanding Director in a Comedy Series.

The April issue of Glamour hits newsstands March 18.
