Based on National ratings for the week of December 17, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stood as the week's No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households (2.8 rating), beating "Ellen" by 4% (2.7 rating) and "Dr. Phil" by 8% (2.6 rating).

"LIVE" was up over the prior week for the 2nd week in a row in Households (+8%) to equal its best rating in almost 1 year -- since the week of 12/26/11. "LIVE" also delivered gains for the 2nd straight week in Total Viewers (+6%), Women 18-49 (+8%) and Women 25-54 (+7%) to post its 2nd-best performance this season.

On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up through the same weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago delivery in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. In fact, "LIVE" delivers the largest growth of any syndicated talk show this season among Women 18-34. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.

Emmy Award-winning talk show "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Produced by WABC-TV in New York and executive-produced by Michael Gelman, "LIVE" airs in more than 200 markets across the U.S. Visit "LIVE" on the web at LIVEKellyandMichael.com, on Facebook, or follow "LIVE" on Twitter, @KellyandMichael.
