KATIE is TV's No. 1 Syndicated Talkie for 44th Week

Based on National ratings for the week of July 8, 2013, "Katie" was up for the 2nd straight week in Homes (+6% - 1.8 rating vs. 1.7 rating) and Total Viewers (+8% - 2.323 million vs. 2.149 million) to tie its best Household rating and draw its largest overall audience in 19 weeks - since w/o 02/25/13. In addition, the show spiked 29% week to week with Women 25-54 (0.9 rating vs. 0.7 rating) to deliver a 2-month high - since w/o 5/13/13.

· During the week, "Katie" finished as TV's No. 1 freshman Syndicated talk show in Households for the 44th consecutive week, while placing among the Top 5 overall for the 2nd week in a row (No. 5-tie).
