KATIE finishes no. 1 for the 7th week in a row among all new syndicated talkers to qualify as TV's strongest performing freshman syndicated talk show since 2009!
Building week to week in total viewers and key women, KATIE draws its biggest audience since its debut 6 weeks ago and hits best-ever number in women 18-34.Out of 17 talk shows in the market this season, newcomer KATIE stands among the top tier of syndicated talk shows across key measures.KATIE National Ratings – Week 7Based on national ratings for the week of October 22, 2012, KAITE earned the No. 1 position among all freshmen syndicated talk shows for the 7th week in a row in households (1.9 rating), total viewers (2.500 million) and women 25-54 (1.0 rating). During the week, KATIE continued to lead by double to triple-digit percentages over STEve Harvey (1.2 HH rating, 1.650 million viewers and 0.9 W25-54 rating), Jeff Probst (0.7 HH rating, 921,000 viewers and 0.4 W25-54 rating), Ricki Lake (0.7 HH rating, 928,000 viewers and 0.5 W25-54 rating) and TRISHA (0.5 HH rating, 688,000 viewers and 0.4 W25-54 rating). In fact, KATIE is performing as TV's strongest new syndicated talk show since 2009 among households, total viewers and women 25-54 – going back to the debut season of Dr. Oz.
