As first reported on EWonline, 'Friends' alum David Schwimmer will reunite with his former co-star Lisa Kudrow on four upcoming episodes of the Showtime series WEB THERAPY.

The actor will play Newell Miller, the " traumatized son of a college professor with whom Fiona (Kudrow) once shared a “romantic encounter.” The reason for his unfortunate trauma is that he was an eye witness to his father's romantic tryst with Fiona. Newell seeks counseling to get past the incident and calls upon the services of Fiona, not realizing that she was the partner in the troubling epsidoe.

Schwimmer is the second actor from the long-running NBC comedy series to appear on the show. Friend's alum Courteney Cox guest starred on the eighth episode of the show's first season, playing an internet psychic who mysteriously loses her ability to predict the future.

WEB THERAPY began as an LStudio web series before the Showtime network picked it up for their schedule. The second season will air this December.
