E! News to Present First Tour of Michael Jackson Mansion Tonight

Get ready for a real "thriller" as E! News gives viewers the opportunity of a lifetime with a never-before-scene look inside Michael Jackson's former estate. E!'s Giuliana Rancic joins listing broker and television star Mauricio Umansky as E! News goes inside the King of Pop's mysterious, $23.9 million 17,000-square foot French Chateau-style home this Friday, March 23rd at 7:00 and 11:30 PM on E! News. The 7-bedroom, 13-bathroom home is finished with high-end amenities such as a theater, wine cellar with tasting room, an elevator, 14 fireplaces, a spacious spa with gym and a large swimming pool, and sits on over an acre in the prestigious Holmby Hills real estate market. The listing broker for the mansion, Mauricio Umansky, gives Giuliana a never-before-seen tour with some real estate insider details, including how they screen clients to make sure they are wealthy enough to purchase the house before even seeing it.

Umansky says "I knew him, and my wife [Kyle Richards] has been friends with Michael Jackson since she was 8-to-10 years old. And I personally think there's some great energy in the house. I'm excited to be selling it. Michael Jackson was an amazing human being - he changed music as we know it. Unfortunately, he passed away. It doesn't take away from the house."
