According to The Hollywood Reporter, DreamWorks plans to develop a big screen reboot of the 1984 body-switching comedy ALL OF ME. The original 1984 film starred Steve Martin as an attorney who, thanks to the madcap plan of dying millionairess (Lily Tomlin), winds up having his body half-inhabited by the sou of a dying millionairess (Lily Tomlin). In a series of madcap antics, the twosome is forced to work together to make things right.

The screenplay for the upcoming project was written by The Vow's Abby Kohn and Marc Silvertstein. In the updated version, the genders of the main characters will be reversed with the man's soul inhabiting a woman's body.

John Davis (Mr. Popper's Penguins) is set to produce.
