Disney Junior's SHERIFF CALLIE'S WILD WEST Corrals Record Ratings

In its January 20 TV premiere after its auspicious WATCH Disney Junior app launch in November, Disney Junior channel's original series "Sheriff Callie's Wild West" (5:00-5:55 p.m.) lassoed impressive ratings in Total Viewers (1.38 million), Kids 2-5 (696,000/4.5 rating), Girls 2-5 (323,000/4.2 rating) and Boys 2-5 (373,000/4.7 rating), ranking as TV's #1 program in The Hour across the target preschooler demos. Two episodes were presented.

At 5 o'clock, "Sheriff Callie's Wild West" ranked as the network's #2 series telecast on record in Total Viewers (1.35 million) and was its #4 series telecast to date in Kids 2-5 (633,000/4.3 rating), ranking as TV's #1 telecast in the time period across all preschooler demos.

At 5:30 p.m., "Sheriff Callie's Wild West" built over its premiere across all demos, standing as the network's #1 telecast of all time in Total Viewers (1.42 million) and Kids 2-5 (729,000/4.7 rating) its #2 telecast in Boys 2-5 (400,000/5.0 rating) and its #5 telecast of all time in Girls 2-5 (329,000/4.3 rating), standing as TV's #1 telecast in The Half Hour in the core demos.

The series' innovative launch through WATCH Disney Junior app has been #1 on WATCH since it debuted in November, amassing over 23 million video views to date.

The vibrant, music-filled animated series, which utilizes folklore of the Old West to impart social skills and lessons for young kids age 2-7 about being a good friend and neighbor, stars The Voice of Mandy Moore (Disney's "Tangled") as Callie, a Calico cat sheriff who keeps the peace in her frontier town of Nice and Friendly Corners using her magic lasso and cowgirl know-how. The series also stars Lucas Grabeel (Disney's "High School Musical," ABC Family's "Switched at Birth") as Callie's trusty deputy Peck and Jessica DiCicco (Disney's "Gravity Falls") as their loveable cactus sidekick Toby.

The executive producers are Denis Morella, George Evelyn and Holly Huckins. The series is a production of W!LDBRAIN Entertainment, a DHX Media company, in association with Disney Junior.
