Denis O'Hara and More Round Out the Cast of Upcoming Mindy Kaling Comedy LATE NIGHT

Deadline has reported that actors Denis O'Hare, John Early, Max Casella and Megalyn Echikunwoke have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy starring Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson.

They will join previously announced cast members John Lithgow, Hugh Dancy, Reid Scott and Paul Walter Hauser in the film.

According to Deadline the film "centers on a late-night talk show host (Thompson) who is at risk of losing her long-running show right when she hires her first female writer (Kaling), who revitalizes her show and her life."

The screenplay was written by Kaling and is being directed by Nisha Ganatra. Principal photography is currently in progress in New York.
