Darren Criss is best known for his role as Blaine Anderson in the hit FOX show, GLEE. Darren, along with several other celebrities (including Brooke Shields) have teamed up with the Friends of the Hudson River to raise money for much needed help. The park is still recovering from Superstorm Sandy, after the storm left over $30 million in damages. New York Kayaking Company has also teamed up and will offer fun Stand Up Paddleboarding instruction for Darren and the winner. In addition to the paddleboarding experience, the winner will also have the opportunity to hang out and ask him questions.

Darren and other celebrities joined on because they love the Park's experience and sustainability. The Park is working to introduce new programs for kids and families this spring/summer, so the celebrities support will go a long way getting word out about the new activities this year, too.

You can bid on Darren's paddleboarding experience along with other items by other celebrities by going to Charitybuzz and placing your bid.
