Courtney B. Vance Joins Film BEN IS BACK With Previously Announced Julia Roberts, Lucas Hedges
Variety reported today that actor Courtney B. Vance will be joining the previously announced Julia Roberts, Kathryn Newton, and Lucas Hedges in the upcoming BEN IS BACK. As reported, the film is set to start filming in New York City this week. The story centers around a troubled male who comes home unexpectedly to his family on Christmas Eve. Roberts is playing the role of Hedges' mother. Vance is filling role of Roberts' husband and stepfather to Hedges' character.
The film is being produced by Color Force and Black Bear Pictures. Hedges' father, Peter Hedges, will be in the directors seat
