As first reported on TVGuide.com, actor John Ratzenberger will be making a guest star appearance on Lifetime's DROP DEAD DIVA.

The actor will portray the estranged father of Kim Kaswell (Kate Levering) who, "after decades of loyal service as a janitor at a Fortune 500 insurance company, suddenly loses his job and discovers his pension has been underfunded. Not one to take defeat lying down, he strikes back at his corrupt former employer by moving into the insurance company CEO's empty Bel Air estate until he's caught by the CEO, who tries to evict him. Larry will turn to Kim for legal help."

Ratzenberger is best known for his role as mailman Cliff Clavin on the long-running NBC comedy series 'Cheers'. He recently appeared as a contestant on 'Dancing with the Stars'. The actor has lent his voice to Pixar films, playing  Hamm the Piggy Bank in the Toy Story franchise, the Abominable Snowman in Monsters, Inc., Mack the truck in the Cars films and the school of Moonfish in Finding Nemo, among others.

Ratzenberg will guest star in the second episode of the series fourth season, which is scheduled to debut this summer on Lifetime.
