CBS's EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY Posts Year-to-Year Increases

The CBS Evening News WITH SCOTT PELLEY posted year-to-year increases in adults 25-54 (+6%, 1.7/06 from 1.6/06) - the demographic most important to those whose advertise in News - as well as viewers (+8%, 7.58m from 7.03m) and households (+4%, 5.0/09 from a 4.8/09) for the week ending March 7, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.
The CBS Evening News WITH SCOTT PELLEY gained +550,000 viewers compared to the same week last year. Season-to-date, the CBS Evening News WITH SCOTT PELLEY is up +6% in viewers (7.29m from 6.85m) compared to last year.
