CBS Wins Holiday Week in Viewers

CBS won the holiday Week #14 of the 2017-2018 season in viewers according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 31.
CBS was first for the week viewers, second in adults 25-54 and tied for second with FOX in adults 18-49.
THE BIG BANG THEORY ENCORE (R) was the week's top scripted program, YOUNG SHELDON ENCORE (R) was the week's #1 new program, 60 MINUTES 12/31 SPECIAL (R) (S) was the week's top news program. NCIS ENCORE (R) was the week's #1 drama.
CBS had seven of the top 10 broadcasts in viewers in Week #14: CBS NFL POST GAME (#2), THE BIG BANG THEORY ENCORE (R) (#5), YOUNG SHELDON ENCORE (P) (R) (#6), THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL (R) (S) (#7), 60 MINUTES 12/31 SPECIAL (R) (S) (#8), NCIS ENCORE (R) (#9) and MOM 9:30 PM SPECIAL (R) (S) (#10) with THE 40th ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS finishing 11th.
