CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers and adults 25-54, and posted its second-largest November sweep audience since the 1987 advent of people meters, according to Nielsen most current ratings for the November 2014 sweep period.
In the November 2014 sweep, CBS SUNDAY MORNING averaged 5.95 million viewers and a 1.4/07 in adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING closed out the November sweep with its annual food-themed 'Eat, Drink and Be Merry' edition, which was the #1 Sundaymorning news program in viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 23. The broadcast averaged 5.98 million viewers and a 1.4/07 in adults 25-54.
Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +2% in viewers (5.91m from 5.77m) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.
