The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY added +320,000 viewers compared to the last television year.

For the week ending Sept. 19, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY posted the largest year-to-year percentage increase among the network evening news broadcasts in adults 25-54 (+8%, 1.3/06 from 1.2/05), the demographic most important to those who advertise in news, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY also posted year-to-year gains among viewers (+2%, 6.28m from 6.16m) for the week ending Sept. 19.
