CBS EVENING NEWS Posts Largest Year-to-Year % Increase in Adults 25-54

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY posted the largest year-to-year percentage increase in adults 25-54-the demographic most important to those who advertise in news-among the network evening news broadcasts for the week ending Oct. 14, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY is up +8% in adults 25-54 (1.3/06 from 1.2/05) compared to last year.

Editor's Note: Ratings for the week ending Oct. 14 and the year-ago comparison represent a four-day average (Monday-Wednesday, Friday) due to live coverage of THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL.
