Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award nominee Matthew Perry is set to reprise his guest starring role on THE GOOD WIFE in an episode to air in early 2013.

Perry will return as Mike Kresteva, a slick Chicago attorney who clashed with Alicia during a blue ribbon panel investigation into a police shooting. Kresteva later announced that he would run against Alicia’s husband, Peter, for the governorship and has taken out a series of attack ads against him.

THE GOOD WIFE, which stars Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Julianna Margulies, is one of television’s most critically acclaimed dramas. In addition to receiving seven 2012 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, the drama has won or been nominated for multiple awards, including the Peabody Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the People’s Choice Awards. THE GOOD WIFE airs Sundays (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
