According to a report on IMDB.com, the film Neighborhood Watch, starring Ben Stiller, will now be called The Watch in an effort to distance the movie from the shooting of Trayvon Martin earlier this year.

"As the subject matter of this alien invasion comedy bears no relation whatsoever to the recent tragic events in Florida, the studio altered the title to avoid any accidental or unintended misimpression that it might," FOX film studio said in a statement.

The film tells the story of a crew of neighborhood watch volunteers up against an alien invasion and is co-written by Seth Rogan. It will be released in the U.S. July 27.
