BACHELOR Star Melissa Rycroft to Appear in CMT Reality Series

According to the Hollywood Reporter, former Bachelorette star Melissa Rycroft will be appearing in an upcoming CMT reality series entitled, 'Melissa and Tye: A New Reality'. The show will center on the couples life and the issues which arise due to their long distance relationship. Rycroft is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader.  She appeared as a contestant on ABC's 'The Bachelor' before becoming a TV Host.  

CMT also announced a new reality show starring 90210's Jennie Garth entitled 'I Love Jennie'. The show will focus on the former TV star as she moves out to the country in order to raise her three children on a seven acre farm. 

Ryan Seacrest will serve as executive producer on both projects along with CMT's Jayson Dinsmore and Eliot Goldberg.  Both series are set to begin in April of 2012.
