Anne Hathaway Set to Star, Produce PUZZLER From Paramount

According to the Hollywood Reporter, actress Anne Hathaway is set to produce and star in Paramount's upcoming film, PUZZLER. Hathaway's co-producers on the project will be Adam Schulman, Sarah Perlman and Stefan Sonnenfeld.

The project marks the first producing effort for Hathaway. The film is described as a paranoid thriller and will have Hathaway in the female lead. The script is from Karl Gajdusek, who wrote the recent Nicolas Cage-Nicole Kidman thriller Trespass.

Hathaway's recent film roles include One Day, Love and Other Drugs and Alice in Wonderland. She co-hosted the Oscars in February and will star as Catwoman in next summer's The Dark Knight Rises.
