According to USA Today, Anderson Cooper has announced that his syndicated talk show will have a new name and format when it returns for its second season.  The show will also boast a new set and will feature "rotating co-hosts." The changes were announced by ANDERSON LIVE Executive Producer Terence Noonan.

The one-hour talk show will now be taped in front of a live studio audience at the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City, but will have "live capabilities", meaning Cooper wil be able to cover breaking stories and give viewers updates on the latest news of the day.

Among the guests already booked for the upcoming season are  Richard Gere, Emma Watson, Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell, Mindy Kaling, Kerry Washington, Stephen Colbert and Carol Burnett.

In addition, Noonan announced that AndersonCooper.com will introduce a host of new initiatives including:

Anderson's Summer Instagram Photo-A-Day Challenge: A month-long photo sharing contest on Instagram. Anderson will also snap and share his own personal photos from his summer. Contest starts Aug. 6.

Talk with #AndersonLive: As the show tapes live, feedback from fans will be incorporated into the show via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and other social networks.

Stump Anderson: Each week fans will be encouraged to send in trivia questions via social media to be answered by Anderson during a live webcast.

Anderson Seat Tweets: Fans tweet to sit in Anderson's Seat Tweets section, a reserved special section of that audience that allows for live tweeting through out the show taping.

ANDERSON LIVE will premiere on Monday, September 10.
