Moving half way around the world to London in September 2013, frontman Josh Simons embarked on an exciting journey that included his debut European performances, showcasing the band's material in open mic nights across Europe. After spending several months embracing the spirit of collaboration and writing with other artists, the rest of the band have now joined him, also making the leap in the lead up to the release of their debut album in the UK.

Human Spring was released exclusively on the band's own label in overseas markets last year, and was co-produced by Simons and Catherine Marks (Foals, Death Cab for Cutie, The Killers). Mixed by Andy Baldwin (Bjork, Midnight Juggernauts) and mastered by Geoff Pesche (Radiohead, LCD Soundsystem) at Abbey Road, the album was recorded across seven different studios over an 18 month period.

The release received glowing reviews with Tone Deaf - Australia calling it "a tremendous debut [and] a musical trajectory well worth following. 9/10". It also generated two high rotation singles on national tastemaker Triple J with tracks 'Run Faster' and 'Human Spring' reaching No.3 and No.10 respectively on the AIR Radio Charts. The title track also reached No.8 on the FMQB Sub-Modern radio charts in North America, despite no formal release in the territory.
