The Hot Sardines Play WHBPAC Tonight

The foot-stomping, neo-swing band, The Hot Sardines, will perform at Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center tonight, July 11 at 8:00 p.m. Ticket are $40, $55 and $65 are available online at www.whbpac.org.

Take a blistering brass lineup, layer it over a rhythm section led by a stride-piano virtuoso in the Fats Waller vein, tie the whole thing together with a one-of-the-boys frontwoman with a voice from another era, add in some tap dancing, and you have... The Hot Sardines! With glamour, grit and a lot of passion, this ensemble of powerhouse musicians fuse generations of influences from New York City, Paris and New Orleans into pop music for the modern era, all with their contagious brand of foot-stomping joy.
