TWO PEOPLE Share New Single 'If We Have Time', Out 7/22

"If We Have Time" is the stunning new single offering from Australian duo Two People. Premiering today with Stereogum, the track is set for digital release this Friday, July 22nd.

Starting as a soulful piano/vocal score, "If We Have Time" flows in melancholic waves of ambient textures, a reverb soaked guitar, and echoed rhythms. Consisting of Phoebe Lou and Joey Clough, the duo creates a harmonious balance between deep thematic elements and irresistable dance qualities. Speaking candidly about the track, Lou comments:

"There's a big feeling in this song, a sort of smiling defeat. I remember feeling pretty sore when I wrote the words, but they are unafraid and I like that."

On the heels of their debut 2016 release "Fading" which garnered over 700K streams, reached Top 10 on Hype Machine's Popular Chart, and was added to high rotation on Triple J in their native Australia, fans can expect more exquisite noise to surface from Two People in the not too distant future.
