Denver darkwave band Snake Rattle Rattle Snake are thrilled to play the second and final night of the Black Angels' 2-day NYE bash at Bluebird Theater. SRRS will also be joined by openers by Chains of Love on December 31st, and The Swayback and Hearts in Space will open The Black Angels show on December 30th.

SRRS recently released a remix of the track "Paperskin" off their album Sineater, which was remixed by guitarist/keyboardist Wilson Helmericks into more of a glossy bigbeat dark disco sound.

"If you were to stroll down Denver's hip South Broadway drag, pop into one of the clothing boutiques or small concert venues, and ask around as to who is the best band in the city, it wouldn't take long before you received Snake Rattle Rattle Snake as an answer," says One Track Mind, in the premiere of the track. About the remix: "The darkwave-lite sounds call to mind shades of Kate Bush, Austra, and Class Actress, and is a fascinating peek into a member reinventing his band's sound."
