Singer/Songwriters The Como Brothers Release Debut Single of 2017 'Magic'

On Thursday, February 2nd brother rock duo The Como Brothers will release their will release their first single of 2017 to accompany their soon-to-come self-titled album! "Magic" is a tenacious love ballad that brings the band's incredible songwriting talents to the forefront as a true testiment to their ever-growing popularity. "Magic is about meeting someone who you had no idea would eventually mean everything to you. It's about the roller coaster feeling of falling in love without hesitation. THE COMO BROTHERS are singer/songwriters from New York known for their heartfelt lyrics and harmonies. Their style of songwriting draws from pop, rock, and blues originating from a love for acts such as The Beatles. The Como Brothers have gained recognition for their energetic performances, fun personalities and original songs. Matt and Andrew are now touring promoting their 2016 EP Jam Theory and currently recording their newest full length.

Their hard work and talent have enabled them to perform and record music with some of their musical idols including drummers Steve Jordan & Aaron Sterling, bassist Sean Hurley and keyboardist Andy Burton. The brothers have been playing shows as well as writing and recording music non-stop in their quest to become the best musicians they can be.

In October 2014 the Como Brothers recorded a an EP called Imagination at Germano Studios in NYC with Steve Jordan on drums and Andy Burton on keys. In 2015 the band released a live album Live at 89 North! with Aaron Sterling on drums and Andy Burton on keyboards. In 2016, they were finalists in the USA Songwriting Competition in two categories with: Bad Karma - Alternate/Rock and Cause I'm Up - Pop. Their music has also been featured in such hit shows as E! Entertainment's "Keeping up with the Kardashians", MTV's "Real World", Oxygen Channel's "Best Ink", and a Canon Trade Show commercial.
