'Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox Hideaway' Debuts at the Mirage

"Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox Hideaway" debuted the interactive blast-from-the-past experience Thursday, April 18 at The Mirageinside 1 OAK Nightclub. Unlike any previous PMJ performance, this spectacle now features a rotating cast of All-Stars guaranteeing a new experience nightly.

Guests donning vintage-inspired clothing were swinging and singing along with talented PMJ All-Star Ariana Savalas, who headlined the show's grand opening and will perform as a special part of the cast through Saturday, June 22. The international showgirl and songwriting sensation is famously known as the resident femme fatale and star of the vintage phenomenon Postmodern Jukebox. Known as the musical burlesque queen and the mistress of the modern Moulin Rouge, Savalas' performances are timeless and have garnered over 300 million views online, reaching No. 1 on the iTunes jazz charts multiple times.

Opening week also featured standout PMJ newcomer Rogelio Douglas Jr. The multi-talented performer was a triple threat on stage, showing off his supreme vocal abilities and dazzling the audience with incredible dance and beatbox routines. His limited engagement is a must-see act fans do not want to miss.

"Postmodern Jukebox is a wonderful addition to The Mirage's entertainment portfolio. This unique show is an interactive throwback experience unlike any other production on The Strip," boasted Nik Rytterstorm, President & COO, The Mirage.

"Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox Hideaway" transports guests through time, turning the showroom into what feels like a Roaring '20s speakeasy where PMJ creates memorable moments and guests dance the night away Tuesdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. through Saturday, Aug. 31.

The multi-talented collective of more than 100 vocalists and musicians reimagines contemporary pop, rock and R&B hits in the style of various yesteryears, from swing to doo-wop, ragtime to Motown - or, as creator Scott Bradlee himself puts it, "pop music in a time machine." Started by Bradlee in 2009, Postmodern Jukebox has gone on to amass more than 1.1 billion YouTube views with 3.8 million subscribers and has collected more than 1.9 million fans on Facebook. For the past five years, PMJ has toured the world, playing hundreds of shows to sold-out venues on six continents. They've also performed on shows including "Good Morning America," topped iTunes and Billboard charts, and caught the attention of NPR Music, NBC News and a wide array of celebrity fans.

For fans who may only know PMJ from its time-warping videos, the live show is an experience on a whole other level. It's a party that would make the Great Gatsby proud, mixed with a swinging '60s night with the Rat Pack, spiced up with a little Motor City soul and some classic sock hop rockin' that gets audiences dancing the night away. A Postmodern Jukebox show is a unique blend of talents and personalities that makes for an always entertaining and consistently fresh and exciting evening.

Tickets are on sale with prices starting at $39.99, plus tax and service charges and can be purchased at any MGM Resorts International box office, online at mgmresorts.com/mirage orticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 963-9634 or (702) 792-7777.
