Rock the Earth, a national nonprofit environmental organization that works to protect America's natural resources, announced that Paige Heydon has joined as Executive Director.

Heydon brings over 18 years of non-profit experience to Rock the Earth, including 10 years in management and leadership roles. She was most recently the Executive Director at Saddle Up Foundation, a Colorado non-profit dedicated to empowering disabled individuals through equine assisted and other nontraditional therapies. "I'm excited to be able to use my nonprofit and advocacy background at Rock the Earth. It's a role I've coveted because it marries two of my greatest passions - music and the environment," said Heydon.

"We look forward to great successes ahead under Paige's leadership. Her expertise and experience bring a strong focus on strategic planning, finance management, administration, fundraising and board development to Rock the Earth. We're thrilled to have her," stated Brian Hayle, president of the Board of Directors of Rock the Earth.

Hayle added of outgoing Executive Director and founder of Rock the Earth, Marc Ross, "We thank Marc for his years of dedication to Rock the Earth and the community. His vision, leadership and perseverance have helped the organization grow for over a decade. We celebrate his contributions."

Heydon holds a Master's Degree in Non-Profit Management from Regis University in Denver.
