Recording artist and songwriter Lucy Morningstar is pleased to announce a new single release from Lucy Morningstar Band being showcased this weekend at Life's A Beach in Kihei, HI on September 23rd at 9:00 pm. This performance will feature Roy Yamada on guitar, Brett Swearingen on percussion, and Joey Reyes on Bass.

Lucy Morningstar Band has sparked the interest of fans throughout the country. Their original Rock, Reggae and Folk music feature powerful, motivational lyrics and a playing style that distinguishes them in today's music world. Their style has had a strong impact on listeners; with an innovative and fresh take on indie-rock. Their live performances and heart-felt message connect with audiences universally. Incorporating many genres into their songwriting, the uplifting vibe that the music offers is growing into new territories and deeming them a must see new band.

Morningstar, an acoustic Reggae Folk-Rock musician, originally from New York, currently resides in Maui, Hawaii. Her enchanting style and charismatic voice have been on the rise across the US and internationally. Playing with various musical and artistic accompaniments, Lucy's performances have ranged anywhere from a four-piece band to acoustic & electric guitar, bass, keyboard, percussion, cello and live painting.
