Photos: Inside the Opening Weekend of Jeezy’s 'Legend of the Snowman' Las Vegas Residency

Jay “Jeezy” Jenkins launched his highly anticipated Las Vegas return, “Legend of the Snowman,” with an opening weekend on May 1 and May 2 at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Take a look at photos from the event below.
Across both opening nights, Jeezy drew from his multi-platinum catalog for the live performances. “Legend of the Snowman” marks the first time Mr. Jay “Jeezy” Jenkins has performed with a set design of this magnitude.
Opening weekend also featured surprise appearances from hip-hop artists such as YG, who joined Jeezy onstage for a performance of “My N*gga,” and 2 Chainz, who appeared for a rendition of “Super Freak.” Returning to the stage was the Color of Noize Orchestra, composed and conducted by Derrick Hodge and musically directed by Adam Blackstone.
The star-studded crowd included future NFL Hall of Famer Marshawn Lynch, DeMarcus Cousins, John Wall, ABC News anchor Rocsi Diaz, actress, author, and lifestyle personality Tabitha Brown, comedian and media personality Kev On Stage, and more.
Jeezy's hits are symphonically reimagined for the large-scale live experience. The new residency builds on his Las Vegas residency in 2025. Last year's run celebrated the 20th Anniversary of Thug Motivation 101, performing the album in full. This year, the set list expands, with more selections from his catalog.
Jeezy's remaining Las Vegas dates are May 23 and 24, June 13, 19, 20, 26, and 27, July 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 24, 25, and 31, and August 1, 21, and 22. Visit here for ticket information and residency updates.
