Paul Gilbert to Release New Album 'Vibrato' 10/15
Music Theories Recordings, a division of Mascot Label Group, announces the 15th October UK release of Paul Gilbert's 12th solo album "Vibrato." The album includes 4 new guitar and vocal compositions, 4 instrumentals, and 3 live cover songs from Gilbert's 2010 "Fuzz" tour including Yes's Roundabout, Muddy Waters's I Want To Be Loved and AC/DC's Go Down.

The album follows Gilbert's appearance at the Marshall Amplification's 50 Years of Loud concert at London Wembley Arena on Saturday 22nd September. The concert celebrates 50 years of Marshall Amplification's musical innovation and the life of the late Jim Marshall, and also featues Joe Satriani, Zakk Wylde, Yngwie Malmsteen, and many more name guitarists. To celebrate 50 legendary years of musical innovation, Marshall is taking over Wembley Arena with for a full on Rock n Roll riot on Saturday 22nd September.
The ground-breaking artist line-up is as pioneering as the brand itself and includes global rock royalty from bands including Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Whitesnake, Chickenfoot, The Cult, Black Label Society and many more. Tickets from the event go on sale Friday 9th March at 9am.
Developed by Marshall to allow fans to celebrate this landmark occasion, the line up for the event reads like a who's who from the Rock and Metal Hall of Fame. Working alongside company and family friend and Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain the Marshall team is bringing together the biggest rock gods on the planet! Nicko will compère the event and will be joined by the world's most legendary guitarists, acclaimed musicians and Marshall enthusiasts including multiple Grammy nominee and Chickenfoot super-group founder Joe Satriani, Ozzy Osbourne collaborator and founder of Black Label Society Zakk Wylde, technical wizard and one of GuitarOne magazine's "Top 10 Greatest Guitar Shredders of All Time" Mr Big's Paul Gilbert, Whitesnake's Doug Aldrich and Brian Tichy, Swedish virtuoso Yngwie Malmsteen, The Cult's Billy Duffy and Slipknot/ Stone Sour front man Corey Taylor.
