Hit maker, global superstar and So You Think You Can Dance judge Jason Derulo met his wax double yesterday at Madame Tussaud's Hollywood and struck a pose side-by-side with the figure. Following the dramatic unveiling, Derulo gave a special performance for his fans on the rooftop of the attraction.

"This place is a staple in Hollywood. When you're walking or driving down Hollywood Boulevard, this is one of the places you have to come. It's literally a legendary place, so to be a part of that family is such a blessing," said Derulo.

Derulo personally selected the unique pose for his wax figure capturing one of his signature dance moves, unlike any Madame Tusssauds has created in its 200+ year history. Derulo's wax figure, which is styled with black Golden Denim jeans that he personally donated and red Nike Air Force One sneakers, is valued at more than $350,000.

Prior to the unveiling, Madame Tussauds Hollywood released the first look of its expert team of sculptors and artists capturing Derulo's measurements and likeness, as well as selecting the perfect matching hair and eye color for his figure. The session lasted more than two hours and over 250 measurements were taken.

"Jason's figure is our most dynamic yet! It made for a very interesting sitting, which took almost three hours. We had to ask Jason to recreate one of his signature dance moves numerous times to ensure a perfect recreation," said Colin Thomas, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Hollywood. "It's a great addition to our A-List party room - and a fun selfie opportunity!"
