In its first week, One Direction's newest album, "Four," has debuted at number one in the US album charts.

Including the aptly named fourth album, each of One Direction's albums has debuted at number one in the US, and are officially the first band to have their first four albums debut at No. 1. "Four" stole the top album title from Taylor Swift's 1989, which is already platinum and has been at number one since its release.

In contrast, '90s boyband The Backstreet Boys only had two albums debut at the top.
