Johnny Partridge, who is best known for having played the role of Christian Clarke in EastEnders for the past five years and who last year celebrated 30 years in the business, is proud to announce his debut album 'Dames, Dudes + Cowboys Too' - released today, September 15th on Big Hand Recordings.

You can see the album come alive with Johnny Partridge headlining the Borderline, Orange Yard, Off Manette Street, London, W1D 4JB on September 17th.

This album is very close to Johnny's heart and features a selection of his favourite artists' songs. 'Dames, Dudes + Cowboys Too'includes three original songs alongside classic cover versions: Jolene (Dolly Parton); Love Runs Out (One Nation); Me and Liza (Rufus Wainwright) and Bite the Hand That Feeds (Nine Inch Nails) - to name just a few stand out tracks.

"I wanted each song to sound and feel completely new, to have a life of their own," he says.

Johnny has performed backing vocals and dance routines in videos and on world tours for the likes of U2, Pet Shop Boys, Neneh Cherry, Kim Wilde. He also recently went back to the theatre with A Chorus Line at the London Palladium.

Johnny will be appearing on a new BBC Saturday night entertainment show - Tumble - starting August 9th with Nadia Comaneci heading the judges panel. The One Show's Alex Jones is master of ceremonies, overseeing show-stopping performances based on gymnastic skills and performed by 10 celebrities.
