Jennifer Lopez to Collaborate w/ Taylor Swift on Lopez's New Album
Following a surprise duet performance on the last stop of Taylor Swift's 'Red' Tour, Swift and Jennifer Lopez are teaming up again to record a track for Lopez's upcoming album. A source tells US Magazine that, 'Both of them are huge fans of each other and excited to work together!'
The two pop superstars hammered out the details following their performance together on August 25th, in which they sang Lopez's 2002 hit 'Jenny From the Block.'
Both artists tweeted their feelings about each other and the performance after the show had concluded. 'Sang Jenny From the Block with @JLo tonight at Staples Center. STILL FANGIRLING OUT ABOUT IT' Swift tweeted. JLo immediately followed with '@taylorswift13 had so much fun with you tonight!!! #RedTourLA #jennyfromtheblock #hairbrushsongs'
Lopez will certainly have her plate full for the next few months as she is now scheduled to return to American Idol for her third season, following a one season absence. Swift also said regarding her own music, 'I think it's about to start to kick into full gear.'
