J Patron Releases New EP 'My American Dream and Colombian Fantasy'

J. Patron is a Colombian born artist currently residing in Coachella Valley, California. Broadcasting a hard-hitting mix of Latin trap, reggaetón, hip-hop, and cumbia, J. Patron is the most recent signing to Latin Grammy nominee El Dusty's Americano Label.

His forthcoming first release with the imprint, My American Dream & Colombian Fantasy, out today, showcases a 5-track EP with production duties handled by perreo underground rising producer Deltatron. Patron's writing and production process is by nature collaborative; for the latest release he calls on Lima-based producer and Terror Negro record label boss Deltatron for production duties.

Deltatron has emerged as a key producer for the global perreo underground, with a style that's at once danceable and aggressive. Deltatron has recently released original productions for key names in the #neoperreo movement, including Ms. Nina (Spain), La Favi (US), Tomasa del Real (Chile), and Jamez Manuel (Chile).

My American Dream & Colombian Fantasy was first mixed by Chicago's Doc da Mindbenda at Grind House Studio, with a final mix/master completed by Latin Grammy nominees Mariano Herrera and El Dusty at Corpus Christi's Produce studio.
