Oceana and Book of Mormon (Midtown) Executive Chef Bill Telepan has created a Valentine's Day special that will delight the people you love. The three-course prix fixe menu will be served from 5-6:30pm and the four-course prix fixe menu will be served starting at 6:15pm.
