THE JOHN LAMB on the LES Specialty Cocktail Benefits Breast Cancer Awareness
The John Lamb is a new American restaurant located in The Sago, a boutique hotel on the Lower East Side. Dedicated to locally sourced cuisine, the menu offers a wonderfully diverse variety of plates for sharing, locally sourced cocktails, beers and wines as well as communal dining with a customizable dining experience.
Throughout the month of October, The John Lamb is featuring a special cocktail dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Created by Chris Judge (The Gilroy, The Grey Lady), the "Ribbons For Her" is composed of Greenhook American Dry Gin, Greenhook Beach Plum Gin, blackberry cherry brandy reduction, cointreau, lemon juice, campari and egg whites. The cocktail is priced at $16.00 and a percentage of the total sales at the end of the month will be donated to a major charity dedicated to breast cancer research and awareness.
