Chef May is a classically trained chef with international experience in Manhattan, France, Italy and Japan. With more than two decades of culinary expertise and posts at Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels around the world, including Arizona's L'Auberge de Sedona, Japan's Restaurant Vingt-Cinq, New York's La Colombe d'Or, and Monte Carlo's La Saliere and Louis XV, May brings both a fresh creative energy as well as the culinary background in Mediterranean, and American cuisine to the Sedona Pizza Company.
