JIM BEAM Refreshing Holiday Cocktails

JIM BEAM HIGHBALL
1 parts Jim Beam Bourbon
3 parts Soda Water
Garnish with lemon wedge
Build over ice in a highball glass.
JIM BEAM & GINGER HIGHBALL
1 parts Jim Beam Bourbon
3 parts Ginger Ale
1 dash bitters
Garnish with lemon wedge
Build over ice in a highball glass.
JIM BEAM BLACK WHISKEY SOUR
1 part Jim Beam Black?
1 part fresh lemon juice?
½ part simple syrup?
½ part egg whites?
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled sour or white wine glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
JIM BEAM BLACK SMASH
2 parts Jim Beam Black
2-3 lemon wedges
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 part Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda (optional)
Drop the lemon wedges in a Double Old Fashioned glass and muddle to extract the juice. Add the mint leaves and the simple syrup and muddle again. Fill glass with ice and pour in the Jim Beam Black, stir to combine. Splash with club soda if desired and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
