Frozen Wine Slushy Recipes by Andrea Correale of ELEGANT AFFAIRS

With a few weeks left in summer, we have some wonderful, new recipes for frozen wine slushes to keep you totally refreshed. They are created by celebrity caterer, Andrea Correale, the Founder and President of Elegant Affairs. These drinks are sure to be a hit, whether you're hosting a party, hanging out by the pool with family and friends or looking for the perfect drink to pair with your barbeque fare.

Andrea has been producing custom-designed, award-winning New York catered events for more than 20 years, for A-list celebrities such as Brooke Shields, Mariah Carey, Jimmy Fallon and Liam Neeson... to name a few. Her recipes are delicious, unique, simple to prepare, and look fantastic. Try all three. We are sure you'll be delighted.

Frozen Rosé

Ingredients:

-1 bottle of Rosé

-3 ounces of pink grapefruit juice

-1 cup of simple syrup

-2 cups of stem-less strawberries

Directions:

-Pour bottle of Rosé into a sturdy container and freeze for 8 hours.

-Put frozen Rosé in a blender with the pink grapefruit juice, simple syrup and strawberries.

Frozen Wine Slushy Recipes by Andrea Correale of ELEGANT AFFAIRS Frozen Chardonnay Sangria

Ingredients:

-1 bottle of Chardonnay

-1 ice cube tray

-1 cup of watermelon pieces

-2 cups of frozen strawberries

-2 shots of triple sec or orange liqueur

Directions:

-Pour Chardonnay into ice cube tray and place in a blender.

-Add watermelon, frozen strawberries, and triple sec/orange liqueur.

-Pulse until you reach a slushy consistency and serve!

Frozen Wine Slushy Recipes by Andrea Correale of ELEGANT AFFAIRS Frozen Red Wine Slushy

Ingredients:

-1 ice cube tray

-Red wine

-Frozen blackberries

-Orange liqueur

Directions:

-Pour Red wine into ice cube trays and freeze.

-Take wine cubes out of ice tray and place into a blender.

-Add a handful of frozen blackberries and a splash of orange liqueur.

-Pulse until you reach a slushy consistency and serve!
