On Saturday, May 13th, Chocolate, Cocktail and Barbecue lovers will converge on Highline Ballroom on West 16th Street in Chelsea to pamper their palates with an array of chocolate confections including delectable pastries and candies, and for the first time, mouth-watering barbeque. Some of New York 's finest pastry and barbecue chefs, along with a most impressive group of top flight, award-winning Mixologists, will set up shop at Highline Ballroom to serve and discuss their innovative, masterful, and decadent creations.

The very special celebrity chef host will be the award-winning, James Beard nominated JJ Johnson, from The Cecil and Minton's in Harlem. Our fearless Mixologists will be led by Pamela G with the tradition of providing sultry sounds while guests enjoy their "Decadent Delights", entertainment will be provided by a world-class jazz trio.

Sweet and Savory dishes will be created and served by these participating Chefs: Elisa Lyew (Elisa's Love Bites), Conrad Miller (A Chef's Companion), Erin Serrano & Catherine Martinez (Savory 2 Sweet), Iesha Williams (The Salty Heifer), Katherine Sprung (Squish Marshmallow), Sean Wilson (CSW Catering), Agatha Assouline-Lichten (Red Velvet NYC), Marc Bynum (MBynum Creations and Hush American Bistro), Valrhona Chocolate, and Chocolate Stars.

The Cocktail Guru Team Mixologists include: Pamela Wiznitzer (Seamstress NY), Chelan Finney (Bottle & Bine), James Menite (The Plaza Hotel), Ovide Matte (Bookmarks Lounge, Hospitality Holdings Inc), Darnell Holguin (Fifty), Bob Wagner (The Cocktail Guru Team)
